The original was first of all introduced the type of corrosion on the cycle water-cooling heat exchanger, including Uniform corrosion, Stress corrosion, Microbe corrosion, Aperture corrosion, Rust tumour corrosion, Crack corrosion, Electricity corrosion and so on. Along with the corrosion reason and preventing the step. when safeguarding to the heat exchanger,Consider that these corrosion whether the probability that happens, Moreover take valid step to avoid or reduce happening of these corrosions.1?This text at first from material, corrode environment, interface and so on introduces the importance of prevention of corrosion, and mainly from design.2?selecting suitable materials, electric chemo-protection, surface protection technology, environmental treatment, technological process of industry design introduces some prevention of corrosion measure.3? among them has told the importance of design and the application of giving up the positive electrode cathodic protection law among the technology of protecting. Regarding corroding in fresh water as foundation, analyses influence law to fresh water corrode, of pH-value, dissolve oxygen, temperature, micro-organism.After knowing the relevant parameter and the condition of working of steel water-cooling device of carbon. And analysed carefully, consideration from different fields, such as safety and economy, etc., puts forward concrete feasible protective measure to it, that is the combining protection method of coat and sacrificing anode. This article introduces corrosion type, reason, and prevent method of carbonsteel heat exchanger. And mainly introduces the protection method and developing status of cathodic protection.
