Steel pipe manufacturing industry is an important branch of the iron and steel metallurgy industry in China,With the continuous development of society,our country is also increasing demand for steel,improving steel pipe production process automation level is around the corner.This topic is in this context came into being.Papers are three parts to discuss the main steel pipe research and design of automatic packaging system,mechanical structure parts,hydraulic system and electric control part.In this paper,the mechanical part of the steel pipe automatic packaging system is divided into six parts,the forming mechanism,colors of fork institutions,steel pipe alignment mechanism,chain transmission mechanism,the conveyor belt and forming Kun conveying mechanism.Forming mechanism is mainly responsible for the steel pipe hexagon shaping work and it is driven by hydraulic cylinder with the control method of electro-hydraulic servo control;Fork organization pattern for the steel pipe conveyor belt sent to the forming mechanism and it is driven by servo motor,the gear and rack driving;Steel pipe alignment mechanism is mainly used to pass in the steel pipe position correct excessive deviation in the process of steel tube;The chain transmission mechanism is mainly responsible for steel tube feeding;Conveyor belt institutions are mainly divided into two parts,acceleration zone and deceleration zone,responsible for the transfer of a steel tube;Forming Kun conveying mechanism will be finished by shaping mechanism of steel pipe Kun to the baling location and then send them out.Steel pipe automatic packaging system of the hydraulic system in this paper is divided into two kinds of normal and electro-hydraulic type,including that electric hydraulic model is divided into electro-hydraulic servo and electro-hydraulic proportional type.Normal hydraulic system is mainly used to cooperate with electrical system,the change of the change in the direction of oil and water flow;Electro-hydraulic servo control is mainly used for accurate position control was carried out on the forming mechanism,carrying more than other types of servo system load;Electro-hydraulic proportional control is mainly used in the fork of the control pattern and its accuracy is between electro-hydraulic servo and normal,but the cost is far lower than the electro-hydraulic servo system.In this paper,we will be part of the electrical control system of steel tube packaging system divided into two parts to discuss the hardware and software,the hardware part mainly aimed at the system of detailed introduction is made on the components and circuit design,software part mainly aims at the writing of the PLC program and WINCC monitoring interface configuration has carried on the detailed introduction,through the upper machine WINCC and the perfect combination of S7-300 PLC and the friendly interface and modular program design,making the system to guarantee the stability of the software part.
