Theory And Practice Of Chinese Ecological Civilization Since The 17th National Congress Of The CPC

Since the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of ecological civilization was placed in a prominent position.In the continuous exploration and practice,the Communist Party of China presents a series of thinking and understanding of the relationship between man and nature.These theories are positive in the construction of ecological civilization in China.The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the harmonious society.Since the 17 th National Congress of the CPC,the Communist Party of China pay attention to the exploration and development of ecological ideas;proposed the main problems faced by the current Chinese ecological civilization construction;explored the basic paths to promote the further development of the construction of ecological civilization in China.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part defines the concepts relating to ecological civilization;summarizes the origin of Chinese thoughts on the ecological civilization.At the same time,combined with the actual conditions of China,this paper summarizes the early period after the founding of new China of ecological civilization of winding understanding,resulting in the destruction of the natural ecological.The second part expounds the ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China exploring course after the reform and opening up,including the formation of development and protection simultaneously ecological thought and understanding;coordinate the environment and economic and social development of the ecological concept and the harmonious development of man and nature,the ecological concept,and 17 after the construction of "ecological civilization" thought is proposed and the dream of "Green China" concept.The third part respectively discusses the practice of the construction of ecological civilization in China since the 17 th National Congress from the political,economic,cultural and social level.The fourth part summarizes the problems existing at the present stage of China's ecological civilization construction including a serious waste of resources,the severe problem of water pollution,soil desertification intensified desertification,and summarizes the causes of the problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization.Namely: the deviation of guiding ideology,the extensive economic growth mode,some enterprises and national consciousness is not in place,the administrative law enforcement is not in place.The fifth part aims to explore the basic path of China's ecological civilizationconstruction in the future basing on the problems and causes of China's ecological civilization construction at the present stage.
