Research On A Completely Automated Tea Fixation And Shaping Machine

In this study,water-removing is essential to tea processing which is directly related to the quality of finished products.However,existing green removing and making into strips and shaping equipments are existing a lot of inadequacy.Firstly,the mechanical efficiency of this machine is very low,which leads to enormous loss of energy.Secondly,the equipment is operated by single machine,which is time consuming and labor intensive and generally controlled by operator's experience.Lastly,the heating device of traditional green removing machine is unreasonable designed,which causes uneven heating and different quality of the tea.Additionally,much terrible noise and dust which does great harm to workers is produced during when green removing machine works.Improving the productivity and reducing the cutting cost greatly is increasingly important.To achieve automated production of existing green removing and making into strips and shaping equipments is very important for the development of the tea in China.Thus,studying a new green removing equipment of low-energy and intelligence is very significant.Automatic tea water-removing machine is designed for the continuous green removing and shaping based on pan slot editing process,which is powered by diesel-electric and liquefied gas to save fuel.Meantime,the machine performs simply and fast,needless of manual intervention,which can avoid the influence of human factors and realize the total automation.This machine can be applied for the production of upscale and famous needle-type tea to keep fragrance pure and honest.Automatic tea water-removing machine has the following characteristics: 1.During tea water-removing processing,the stand-alone operations is no longer available,and it will promote entire journey automation during tea processing.2.Using the equipment,the quality of raw green tea is significantly improved.3.It can increase production efficiency and reduce labor intensity by using this automatic machine.The study uses energy-saving heating device,electric cylinder and automatic control system to realize green removing and making into strips and shaping automatically and feasibility is validated.Additionally,the main technological parameters of the machine are determined and the effect and energy consumption of water removing and shaping is comparatively measured,which offers further proof for stability and reliability of the automatic tea water-removing and shaping machine.During processing,tea will hardly be exposure to the workers and floor and cleaner.In automated operation,only manual placing fresh tea into the tray is required andother procedures will be automatically fulfilled with reliable operation.Since operators only keep adding fresh tea to the machine,one worker can manage several such machine in parallel and increasing the productivity.
