In recent years,with the rapid increase of labor costs,automation and less humanization are attracting more and more attention in labor-intensive industries,and become an important way for enterprises to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.As a traditional labor-intensive industry,injection molding industry is in urgent need of automation.However,due to the complex structure,variety and tedious process of plastic parts,standard automation technology is often unable to meet its automation needs.The customized non-standard automation technology can not achieve the compatibility in the process of product update,and there is a lot of waste.Therefore,this thesis takes a plastic injection molding production system as the object,integrates the programmable industrial robot,designs and develops a special fixture and special feeding device,and constructs a robot automatic production line.The production line integrates automatic feeding,injection molding,packaging and other processes,which not only saves manpower and improves production efficiency,but also achieves both processability and compatibility.Firstly,the overall design of robot automatic production line is carried out.Through the analysis of the product process and the problems of the manual line,the automatic production line layout design and the automatic production system workflow optimization,and combined with the working characteristics of industrial robots,design and select the scheme of automatic feeding device.Then the mechanical structure of the feeding device and the robotic end-effector are designed and optimized.Solidworks Simulation software is used to carry out statics analysis on the different working states of key structures and components,and complete the optimization of structural design.Next,the design and implementation of the control system are completed.According to the overall design and the control system schematic diagram,the pneumatic control circuit design and pneumatic component selection of the feeding device and the robot end-effector and the PLC selection and program design of the feeding device are completed.Analyzed the forward and inverse kinematics parameter of the grasping control system of the robot,and simulated it by MATLAB.Then programmed the robot based on PLC.Finally,build the automatic production test platform,start the trial production verification after the program debugging,and analyze the production data in the trial production process.The results show that the automatic production system designed in this thesis can operate well;the product quality is greatly improved due to the stable production beat.
