Power generation enterprises provides reliable electric energy in developing the national economy,at the same time,they also shoulders the responsibility of environmental protection of social production and provide living cleaner power, so the electric power enterprise as the causesof the burning of fossil fuels to the country environmental pollution related to should make their due contribution. In view of thermal power unit itself with concentrated management,, the reduction of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions control is effective to the greenhouse effect to improve the key point of pollution control and acid gas. Along with our country electric power enterprises are increasingly pay attention to the upgrading work for energy conservation, qualitative indicators are difficult to measure and other issues that led to the current of each enterprise, department, is very difficult to find appropriate methods for the upgrade process to carry on the scientific and effective comprehensive evaluation problems also arise, it's necessary to the energy conservation and environmental protection in units to conduct a comprehensive upgrade project of comprehensive evaluation of research,analysis of the social and economic benefits of the project.The paper is energy conservation and environmental protection in supercritical unit of Guo Hua upgrade project for comprehensive evaluation of research.
