Food quality is an important issue related to people’s health. In recent years, emerging food quality and safety incidents become the focus of attention,food safety issues challenged people’s nerves once again. To meet people’s requirements of food quality and safety, the state has increased the surveillance and regulation, integrated the regulatory functions of production(quality supervision departments), circulation(the business sector), and consumption areas(food and drug department) for food quality. The establishment of China Food and Drug Administration makes further regulation to the processing, marketing and consumption sectors of food production, and increased the penalties for criminal offence of food. In future, only food enterprises improve food quality and safety management level,provide reliable and safe food for consumers. can they live and develop vitally.In this thesis, the concept of quality in this paper, the development process of quality management, ISO9001 quality management system, HACCP hazard analysis and critical control points have been introduced and comprehensive review. Wherein the ISO9001 standards and HACCP principles both have their own characteristics, which can be fused to form an better integrated quality and safety management system. Then the current situation and problems of SD food quality management have been described and analyzed, food quality management problems have been come up with; Finally, the paper proposes solutions to improve food quality management strategies, and an integrated food quality and safety management system should be established in food enterprises, change their thinking miss,enhance quality and safety awareness, improve the quality policy and quality objectives,where need to change concepts, improve consciousness, improve objectives, improve control procedures, improve the resource management, strengthen internal audit and management review, to food quality and safety to ensure the safety of the food productions. I also hope the research and analysis of food quality management can provide some reference for other meat product companys.
