On Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Zhejiang Province

Afterproposing the road ofcivilized and ecological development inthe Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China listed the construction of an ecological civilization as the National Development Strategy,and written it into the Party Congress report.And then,in the EighteenthNational Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of an ecological civilization was further placed into a prominent position,and incorporated into all aspects and the whole process of economic,political,cultural and social construction,which established the “five-in-one” overall layout in socialist modernization and blew the new bugle of building a Beautiful China.In this way,construction of ecological civilization in China has been in a new height for national decision,strategy,practice and progress.With unswervingly sticking to the concept of a Blueprint drawn to the End,Zhejiang province has made remarkable and brilliant achievements in promoting construction of ecological civilization since the beginning of the new century.Although encountered with some “Growing Pains” in the process of taking the lead in development,many rich and valuable experiences have been accumulated which are not merely belonging toZhejiang province itself,but the whole nation.Therefore,it is of importance to summarize and popularize the constructionexperiences of ecological civilization in Zhejiang province,which is a theoretical value and practical significance to practice the scientific development,promote construction of ecological civilization,and realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.During the critical stage for deepening reform and building up comprehensive well-being society in China,problems arising from reform,development and stability,and also global issues needed to be solved in time,sucha valuable experience accumulated in Zhejiang province may provides reference for the development of other provinces and regions.Guided by Marxism of ecological civilization,in the context of striding towards the new era of ecological civilization,this thesisanalyzes the development history and constructionexperiencesof ecological civilization practicein Zhejiangprovince,aiming to provide referencefor other provinces.Summarizing the practice and efficiency of constructing ecological civilization in Zhejiang province will provide practice basisfor the socialism development path with Chinese characteristicsand the Party’s theoryinnovation.After analysising the difficult position in constructing ecological civilization,the thesis puts forward some relevant path alternatives and countermeasures,designing to offer suggestions for promoting the construction of ecological civilization in Zhejiang province.
