| With the development of steel industry of china, large amounts of steel rolling oil sludge were produced by steel rolling section. Steel rolling oil sludge cannot be directly used as industrial raw materials, and it will cause soil and water pollution if discard directly to the natural environment. Find a proper dispose has become the iron and steel enterprises must solve a practical problem. This paper is established in the practical project of Research of solid-liquid separation of rolling oil sludge and regeneration of waste rolling oil, and provide theoretical basis for industrial rolling oil sludge treatment. The main works and results are as follows:(1) We take mixed flocculation method to deal with the waste rolling oil in the upper part of rolling oil sludge. Poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(PDADMAC) and cationic polyacrylamide(PAM) were used as flocculants in the process. Single factor test method was used to find the optimal operating condition. The best operating conditions as follow:waste rolling oil:PDADMAC:PAM= 20:1.5:1.5, waste rolling oil:20g,20% KOH sloution=1.5g, flocculation time:15min, flocculation temperature:40℃, stirring rate:700rpm. After mixing coagulant treatment, physical and chemical properties of waste rolling oil has greatly improved. After flocculation, adsorption and membrane separation were used for regeneration of treated oil. Finally, a technical comparison was carried out between flocculation adsorption and flocculation-membrane separation craft.(2) For the bottom sludge, we used solvent-ultrasound method to deal with it, and investigate the influence of the experimental condition of solvent kind, dosage of solvent, ultrasound time and the rate of oil remove from bottom sludge. The optimal operating conditions for oil remove:petroleum ether was used as the washing solvent, mass ratio of solvent to bottom sludge is 4:1, ultrasonic time:25min. The results showed that the main components of the solid powder are iron(more than 70%), chromium, nickel, manganese. Sulphuric acid was used to extracted the iron from the solid powder.(3) Iron extracted from oil sludge was used as a starting material to prepare CoFe2O4-graphene composite material by using hydro thermal method. CoFe2O4-graphene composite material used to prepare electrode material for supercapacitors. After constant current charge and discharge 1000 rings, the materials still maintain 87.6% capacity. |
