The study on coagulation-multistage treatment technology of pharmaceutical wastewater biochemical process was conducted in this thesis,the mathematical model of the multistage biochemical process consists of hydrolysis acidification reactor and multistage A/O baffle of biochemical reactor being established. Thesis includes four parts as follows:Part one:The experimental study on the coagulant PAC, flocculant PAM, the water pH, temperature and other single factor analysis of the coagulation as a pretreatment process for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment effect. Meanwhile, in order to prevent coagulation water quality fluctuation, establishment of coagulation dosage model can be resorted to a range of stable water quality and reduce the impact on the subsequent biochemical system.Part two:The experimental study on the hydraulic retention time, temperature, pH of hydrolysis acidification process influence factors. Such as for multistage A/O baffle biochemical process is studied the hydraulic retention time, nitrification within liquid reflux ratio, dissolved oxygen content in the aerobic pool three factors impact on the process, through analyzing the influencing factors of access to relevant process parameters, optimization of multistage biochemical treatment system operation;Part there:PCA+BP neural network modeling was used to model the process variables.The multi-stage wastewater biochemical treatment process affects the quality of the output water process variable,strong coupling and auxiliary by PCA model to process variable dimension.Finally choose the A2 reactor of pH, dissolved oxygen and temperature of O3 reactor three variables.These three variables inflow CODcr, NH4+-N as BP neural network input neurons, neural network algorithm to predict effluent CODcr and NH4+-N values, the soft measurement system for the water quality and effectively predict the water quality situation;Part four:MCGS software and MATLAB software were utilized to simulate the model,use of MCGS configuration software image of the visual interface.Combined with MATLAB software powerful data processing and algorithm programming capabilities to the coagulation and multi-stage biochemical treatment process model simulation design.Finally,design the simulation model not only has a dynamic visual simulation interface, but also can achieve complex intelligent algorithm.
