With increasing demands for high-quality lubricating oil, all-hydrogen-method processing technology is being widely employed in the production of high-quality lubricating oil. To meet the domestic demand for high-quality lubricating oil, the refineries are enhancing the production of high-quality lubricating oil.In this work, we developed 30×104t/a "full hydrogen method" lubricating oil hydrotreating process, and performed the process simulation and optimization with HYSYS software, where simulated results are in good agreement with the industrial data.1?Energy utilization was optimized, involving feed/product heat exchanger in phase one, stripper vapor/mixed hydrogen heat exchanger and stripper vapor/circulating hydrogen heat exchanger; after optimization, temperature differences were enlarged, and the cost of energy, electricity and fuel gas were reduced.2?Circulating hydrogen desulfurization column was simulated and optimized, and the optimum operation conditions were determined, involving absorbent temperature, dosage of absorbent and plate number.3?Atmospheric column was simulated and the most economic stripping steam consumption was determined after establishing the relation among steam consumption, bottom oil 5% distillate oil temperature and column top heat load.4?Heat transfer process for 3# VGO was optimized, including adding lean amine liquid heat exchanger; in this oprimizd process, the lean amine liquid is met, the heat load of air cooler is reduced, and the problem of thermal stability of the lean amine liquid is fixed.In this process,45# transformer oil,15# refrigerator oil,12# and 16# rubber filling oil can be produced, meeting the standard of API-1509? for sulfur content, the rubber filling oil meeting the standard for color and aromatics content, the liquid yield reaching 98wt%, and energy consumption being on domestic advanced level.
