Liaohe Petrochemical Company is the largest asphalt production base,it mainly processes Liaohe low-condensation heavy oil,Liaohe mixed heavy oil and Liaohe super heavy oil produced in Liaohe Oilfield.To improve economic efficiency,the company will develop a 400,000 tons/year lubricant hydrogenation unit in 2019.It uses vacuum distillate as raw material,products high quality lubricating oil.At present,some lubricating oil processing technologies,can only remove60%-80%heteroatom compounds,and the aromatic content of the product is high.Nitrides can poison the catalyst,sulfide can pollute the air,high aromatics content can affect the stability of lubricating oil.But the hydrogenation process can make up for the shortcomings.At present,the optimization of hydrogenation process only stays the macroscopic level,the thesis will use high-resolution mass spectrometry,analysis the classes of heteroatom compounds in the feedstock.According to the change of the content of heteroatom compounds in different process conditions,exploring the removal rule of different heteroatom compounds,and combining the changes of macroscopic properties,determining the optimal conditions of the hydrotreating-isomeric dewaxing-supplementary refining combined process.Raw oil mainly contains N1,N1O1,O1,N2,S1 heteroatom compounds by mass spectrometry analysis,and the degree of hydrocarbon unsaturation is high.According to the properties of the product in different process conditions,under the conditions of 15MPa,361.5°C/320°C/240°C,hydrogen-oil ratio 1000:1/800:1/800:1,space velocity0.4/0.8/0.4,the removal effect of N1,O1,S1 compounds is obvious,the macroscopic properties meet the requirements.It can produce N4010 rubber oil,No.22 white oil,No.22 refrigerating oil and I-30?transformer oil by distillation.
