Currently indoor micro-environment has been a certain degree of pollution,especially the volatile organic compounds?VOCs?as the main pollutants such as formaldehyde,benzene ect.The activated carbon adsorption method of dealing with indoor low concentrations of volatile organic compounds is facing the biggest problem with lower adsorption capacity,which can not completely decompose harmful substances and may bring secondary pollution.While there are still critical mechanism of the problem is not resolved of the method of semiconductor nanomaterials photocatalytic decomposition,and its application needs to further study.So only the method of negative oxygen ions decomposition in recent years was paid much attention by people.Therefore,using of negative oxygen ions to purify decomposition of formaldehyde,benzene and other harmful gases has become the objective of the study.Firstly,this paper was synthesized hyperbranched polyester?HBP?mainly based on trimethylol propane and dimethylol butanoic acid and end-modified with maleic anhydride.End-modified with unsaturated end groups?monomer??UEHBP?was successfully synthesized.The properties of products were characterized by FI-IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR to characterize its structure,acid titration to track the reaction process,hydroxyl value titration further validate the extent of reaction and a spectrophotometer for measuring the dissolution properties in water.Secondly,hydroxyl-containing component of the new hyperbranched latex contained modified hyperbranched polyester was prepared by the polymerization.The properties of latex were characterized by laser particle size analyzer,rotary viscometer,differential scanning calorimetry?DSC?to analyze the emulsion particle size,viscosity,glass transition temperature?Tg?,and the films were characterized by electronic universal mechanical testing machine and so on.Thirdly,microenvironment purification material was prepared successfully by adding to natural ore that can releases the negative oxygen ions.The properties of the material was characterized by GB/T 9756-2009 to measure the basic properties of the material and used ZD-DIII indoor air quality printing spectrophotometric detector and formaldehyde test chamber etc.to teste the purifying effects of formaldehyde.The results show that:the carboxyl group-containing monomer component hyperbranched polyester oligomers and a novel hyperbranched latex were successful synthesized and applied to water-based paint.In addition,at the same conditions of use of this latex containing hyperbranched polyester,the liminate formaldehyde effect of containing negative oxygen ions powders was better than that without negative oxygen ions powders.
