Research And Design Of Coal Water Slurry Control System

As the requirements for environmental protection enhance increasingly,energy conservation and emission reduction have been the state policy of all countries in the world.Coal water mixture has considerable economic and environmental.So coal water mixture is going to replace burning coal gradually.So it's an important task that research and design a monitoring system which is suitable for coal water mixture.Coal water mixture is a kind of pulverized coal by around 70%,about 30%of water and a small amount of reagent preparation of mixed liquid,can be like oil pumping,atomization,storage and transportation,and can be directly used in all kinds of boiler and furnace combustion.It has changed the traditional coal burning way,shows the enormous environmental protection and energy saving advantages.In our country under the protection of rich coal resources,coal water mixture has also become the most basic of alternative energy such as oil,gas,and the most clean energy economy.In this paper,according to the characteristics of coal water mixture production process combined with the feature of the coal water mixture p roduction operation process and operation,coal-water slurry control system for the main technological selection,control system design,selection of t he testing equipment design I/O table design,process design,selection of Siemens PLC control design,safety interlock logic design and the upper unit state monitoring design,in the form of a complete set of industrial e ngineering drawing.
