In the process of coal mining in our country, fire is one of the most serious natural disasters restricting the effic iency of coal mining and causing casualties,more than half of the country's coal mines are in danger of spontaneous combustion.30101 working face in HengTaiNanzhuang coal mine is influenced seriously by around the small coal mining, goaf and old kilns are interlinked by multiple fractures, forming complex flow fields in multi-source and multi-congruence,toxic gases produced by hidden old kiln fire fields through leakage channels into goaf, polluting the working face, which has affected the safety production seriously.As a kind of fast and efficient comprehensive preve ntion technology, balanced pressure technology has completed the forwords from the use of traditional fire prevention materials to the control of real nature of the fire, and has been widely used. Through theoretical analys is,numerical simulation and field application, in the analysis of mine fire prevention theory and based on the princ iple of balanced pressure technology, firstly determine the amount of air leakage between goaf and the hidden fire field by infrared detection technique and SF6 tracer gas leakage detection technique.By combining the theoretical analys is and measured data, based on scientific researching of goaf viscous resistance coefficient and permeability, according to the corresponding characteristics, fitting function and establishing goaf porous medium model, simulating goaf air leakage field ?pressure field and oxygen concentration distribution field,balanced coal spontaneous combustion fire danger and air leakage multiple parameters, choose the best value of boosting.Through simulation studies, this paper regards 30101 working face goaf as a representative of " multi-source and multi-congruence " air leakage flow field further expans ion and extension, through the " three-source and two-congruence ", " two-source and three-congruence ", " one-source and three-congruence" and " one-source and four-congruence" four special field researching, proposed a new conception combined "oxidation and spontaneous combustion three zone " with "multi-source and multi-congruence" complex flow field pressure distribution. This has an guiding significance to put forward a balanced pressure scheme and study stability of complex flow field.In comprehensive consideration of the power supply and the energy consumption economy, balanced pressure system stability and reliability, compare “fan-track tunnel-belt tunnel”,“primiary fan-auxiliary fan-pressure door” and “fan-air duct-window” surge and so on 30101 working face balance pressure implementation scheme and select a best one, and ultimately selected “fan-air duct-window” surge scheme, through calculate pressure parameters to select YBFH132S2 fan. Through a large number of data determining, us ing statistical method and the working surface air volume method to optimize the area of the window, and ultimately the window area was adjusted to 0.285m2.After the implementation of the program, 30101 working face upper corner index gas concentration began decreased significantly in two days, CO disappear on December 10,CO disappeared on December 13 in gob 10 m,it has satisfy the standards of safety in production after the review, monitoring index gas on working face and pressure parameter of the balanced pressure system for real-time, the effect is good.
