Air leakage is the main factor that leads to spontaneous combustion of residual coal in multi-layer composite goaf and affects the safety production of coal mine.Therefore,the main prevention measures of spontaneous combustion of abandoned coal in multi-layer composite goaf are to analyze and study the law of air leakage in multi-layer composite goaf and put forward corresponding technical measures of coal fire prevention.Taking a mine xinji coal group C north of F10 fault as the research object,in view of the F10 fault north of group C(11 coal,coal 13)continuous mining coal,the goaf has connected component seal air leakage phenomenon,and existence of fissures by theoretical research and field practice and comprehensive analysis of laboratory test research xinji north of a mine F10 fault coal group C(11 coal,coal 13)law of air leakage and flow law of gas flow field and its characteristic,finally puts forward a xinji mine coal group C north of F10 fault(11 coal,coal 13)fire prevention technique of goaf coal spontaneous combustion.Combination of goaf air leakage measurement technology at home and abroad and compound prevention and cure of goaf coal spontaneous combustion theory technology research route,through the floor plan of excavation engineering combined with field measurements,drawing to get coal group C ventilation stereogram,north of F10 fault from the vertical direction and horizontal direction projection,get three mining area and eight mining area border,and relationships between the horizon of goaf coal face.The energy distribution of ventilation system in three and eight mining areas was obtained by means of point by point measurement with barometer.The results of the study on the group connectivity between 11 coal sealing wall and 11 coal goaf in multi-layer complex goaf show that 11 coal in no.3 mining area and 11 coal in no.8 mining area are connected,and 11 coal goaf in no.3 mining area and 13 coal goaf are also connected.Through the study on the connectivity of 13 coal closed walls in multi-layer complex goaf area,it is concluded that 131301 floor gas drainage roadway in the third goaf area is connected with 11 coal goaf in the eighth goaf area.The research shows that the isolated pillars between the third and eighth mining areas have been destroyed.Through many underground field investigations and analysis,a simple method is summarized to quickly determine the air leakage source and air leakage sink of the closed wall by the pressure difference inside and outside the closed wall and the change of nitrogen and gas concentration.According to the above research results.Put forward the coal spontaneous combustion prevention and fire extinguishing technology in goaf north of F10 fault in xinji first mine.Various technical measures,such as grouting and grouting plugging technology,equal pressure ventilation and so on,are put forward respectively,and the mining area is timely closed,and separate coal spontaneous combustion and fire prevention technology is put forward for 281312 working face,which provides reliable technical support and theoretical basis for coal mine safety production.Figure 27 table 31 reference 50...
