With the development of the plastic industry, the double color injection molding is more and more popular, and the application range of the double color injection molding products is also more and more extensive. Double color injection molding products experienced a process of transformation from the structure of the simple appearance of the requirements is not high to the structure of the complex appearance requirements, in the mobile phone plastic parts, double color battery cover is a characteristic feature and highlight of phone. Contrast with the traditional single color battery cover, double color battery cover not only can improve product appearance and durability, also can give consumers a excellent visual feeling.One of the most serious defects in double color injection molding is the warpage,which not only affected the product assembly, but also affects the performance and appearance of the product. When the appearance of the product is a transparent, second shot of the plastic injection molding process will wash the first shot of the plastic in produce, the appearance of the erosion caused by the appearance of defects will be presented.In this paper, by a double color phone battery cover as the research object,combined with Moldflow for simulation, through the simulation and experiment found product warpage amount is larger, can not meet the customer's requirements. In order to realize double color battery cover smaller warpage, comparison of normal and reversed injection molding were schemed, and get warping deformation curve of the simulation and actual. Through the wash experiment we find that the higher injection speed and temperature, lower injection pressure and shorter time can greatly reduce the wash,associate with the smooth transitive gate eventually eliminates the wash defects, and reduce the warping deformation to a certain extent.Under the condition of no wash, the pressure of the pressure, melt temperature, injection speed and injection pressure were used as factors to do DOE two level full factorial analysis, to analyze the warping deformation. Finally, through the analysis of the two level factors, the optimized parameters are obtained, and the expected warping deformation value.
