It is well known that the enterprise is not only the main creator of social wealth, but also a major producer of environmental pollution. Emissions and energy consumption of enterprises have accounted for a large proportion of the annual national energy consumption and emissions. Thus, enterprises pollution abatement plays an important role in the whole society environmental pollution control and the environment improvement. The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the government environmental policy development and enterprise(This study refers to industrial enterprises) environment pollution control decision-making optimization, through the environmental pollution situation analysis and the investigation of the factors affecting behaviors of enterprise's pollution control.Firstly, we have analyzed the status of industrial pollution control, and utilized data envelopment analysis(DEA) method to evaluate of the efficiency of industrial pollution control. We concluded that pollution control efficiency of Chinese enterprises remains to be improved. Secondly, the theoretical framework of this paper was established on the basis of domestic and foreign research results; Then, polluting enterprises of Hebei, was used as examples to establish the binary discrete choice regression model of corporate pollution control behavior and its influencing factors. We've showed that environmental regulation, corporate environmental awareness, education level of employees has a positive influence on industrial pollution control behavior. And finally, we gave advice to enhance the level of business environmental pollution control according to the empirical research.
