Coal is one of the basic sources of energy in China. In recent years, coal mine accidents continue to occur, in which coal and gas outburst accidents accounted for half of the number of coal mine accidents.And after the accident caused serious losses, to the coal system of production and personnel safety of life and property left a lot of losses.Along with coal mining gradually to the development of deep per year, and in less than 10 m to 25 m rate increased year by year, the deep mining with high gas pressure, stress and high gas content and the quantity of gas emission than the shallow mining of coal seam, the original method control in some deep mining of coal seam is not entirely appropriate.The outburst danger of the coal seams in the deep mining is increased,the outburst danger prediction and prevention and cure technology need to be carried out.The systematic review of coal and gas outburst of the domestic and foreign research present situation, to the deep mining of the mine Hunan Baishan Ping Coal Mine deepening level based, draw the following conclusions:(1)Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) to the deep level under the condition of coal and gas outburst influencing factors of evaluation.As bai shan ping level of extending the deep in the coal mine for example, USES the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) to the mine 6 influence factors of coal and gas outburst of coal seam is analyzed.(2)Based on Hunan Coal Group Baishan Ping Mining coal deepening level, both in the field and in the laboratory determination of the main mineable coal seam six basic parameters, mainly has coal seam gas pressure and gas content in coal seam, coal seam permeability coefficient and firmness coefficient, and has carried on the analysis on these parameters of these parameters determination of extension of the deep level of coal and gas outburst influence.(3)According to the results of deep level of baishan ping coal mine coal seam gas parameters, several common outburst prediction methods are analyzed, and then emphatically according to actual condition to use provide the prediction method has carried on the deep level of coal and gas outburst prediction.(4)The ultimate goal of research is to provide reasonable effective prevention and control countermeasures of outburst mines.In this paper, based on the actual situation of the deep level of Baishan Ping Coal Mine extension, from the pre pumping coal seam gas,Shimen coal local prevent outburst measure, the tunneling working surface local prevent outburst measure and other measures of safety protection of these four aspects to put forward scientific and reasonable measures for outburst prevention.
