Research On The Intelligent DNC System Based On Mesh Network

In recent years, with the rapid development of numerical control technology, computer technology and network information technology, CNC machine tools to integrated, intelligent and network has become an inevitable trend. Currently, many ordinary CNC machine tools exist low degree of automation and low-level network problems. And the DNC technology as one of the key technologies of CNC technology and network technology, to achieve integrated management of CNC machine tools and networking provide the main direction of development. There has also been widely used.The wireless Mesh network will become the next generation of wireless network technology hot application. It has a multi-jumper, self-management, forming ability and the ability to heal, and is compatible with a variety of wireless networks, etc. Its application to the DNC system, it can solve the current Ethernet-based DNC system wiring difficulties, the high cost and maintenance difficulties and other issues in large extent. And it applies to the DNC system than the traditional wireless network technology high bandwidth, easy to install, flexible networking, and high reliability.This paper firstly proposes the background and significance of the research, and then discusses the DNC system of basic overview, characteristics and research status at home and abroad, and the structure and characteristics of wireless Mesh network will be explained. Then from the DNC system of actual function needs, we build embedded DNC system architecture framework and program, and demonstrates the feasibility of the introduction of Wireless Mesh Network DNC system. Next, this paper focus on the Mesh Network DNC systems related technologies, propose based DNC system priority greedy allocation algorithm for wireless Mesh network channel and media access control. Analyze the security of wireless Mesh network, and using OPNET software simulation analysis, to ensure the reliability of their systems. Finally, to complete the hardware and software design of DNC terminal. The hardware design includes the main chip selection, the wireless Mesh network modules, memory circuits and other auxiliary circuit design. And software part includes uClinux operating system tailoring and transplantation, a communication program and each driver design.Finally, this paper proposes the DNC system based on wireless Mesh Network design built experiment platform. And experimental testing and performance analysis to verify the feasibility and practicability of this method.
