In recent years, tianjin air pollution is serious polluted, among them, the fog haze pollution caused by atmospheric particulate matter concentrations increased not only can reduce atmospheric visibility, bring inconvenience to people's production and life, also directly affect human body health. Atmospheric particulate matter sources mainly includes industrial emissions, vehicle exhaust emissions, biomass combustion and road dust emission, etc. Research indicates that with the increasing of urban vehicle ownership, traffic road construction accelerating, road dust has become one of the most important sources of city atmospheric particulates, road dust control gradually become the key point to the urban particulate air pollution management and improve the quality of local air. So study in road dust emission and traffic characteristic of Tianjin is of great significanceto to the relevant departments to formulate the region road dust pollutants and to make control measure it provide the basis scientific data support.At first, this article combine the EPA recommended AP – 42 model of the vacuum cleaning method and car Dust Trak method to construct rapid test model, which can get the data rapidly and safty. Results show that the highest branch's road dust is the highest, the expressway' road dust load is the lowest. secondary road, the main road, branch, expressway and outer ring roda dust load is: 0.30 g/m2, 0.29 g/m2, 0.49 g/m2, 0.09 g/m2, 0.26 g/m2; Winter, spring, summer and autumn for various types of road dust load average is: 0.24 g/m2, 0.33 g/m2, 0.37 g/m2, 0.26 g/m2.Secondly, in this article we use the United States environmental protection agency(epa) recommended PM10 multiplier, on the basis thisthis method, we localized PM2.5 particle size multiplier by field experiment andobtaied the tianjin annual average PM2.5 particle size multiplier of various road types, respectively, the secondary road 0.28 g/VKT, main road 0.28 g/VKT, branch 0.25 g/VKT, expressway 0.32 g/VKT, outer ring 0.29 g/VKT. Tianjin road dust load of each season respectively is: winter is 0.27 g/VKT, spring is 0.33 g/VKT, summer is 0.24 g/VKT, autumn is 0.24 g/VKT.Then, this paper adopts the method of AP- 42 model to estimate the PM2.5 and PM10 emission factor of Tianjin, respectively: secondary road 0.21 g/VKT,0.46 g/VKT; The main road 0.21 g/VKT,0.48 g/VKT; Branch 0.29 g/VKT?0.71 g/VKT; Expressway 0.09 g/VKT,0.17 g/VKT; Outer ring 0.32 g/VKT,0.68 g/VKT. Tianjin road dust load average each season, respectively is: in the winter 0.17 g/VKT, 0.41 g/VKT; In the spring 0.30 g/VKT, 0.57 g/VKT; In the summer 0.21 g/VKT, 0.54 g/VKT; In the autumn 0.22 g/VKT, 0.48g/VKT.Finally, this paper established road dust emissions of Tianjin of each season based on the road dust emission factor and emission model. Take the road dust control measures into account we get the actual emissions: winter : PM2.5 is 1007.19 t,PM10 is 2767.26 t; spring: PM2.5 is 1082.26 t,PM10 is 1941.57 t; summer: PM2.5 is 723.26 t,PM10 is1584.63 t; autumn : PM2.5 is 801.89 t,PM10 is 1695.66 t.
