Indium tin oxide,a transparent conductive material commonly used in traditional transparent conductive films, has many problems, such as scarcity of raw materials, high preparation cost and brittleness. Therefore, silver nanowires and graphene with excellent photoelectric properties and flexibility will become the research hotspots of alternative materials in transparent conductive films. This paper focuses on the preparation and performance of graphene/silver nanowire transparent conductive films. The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Silver nanowires up to 50?m in length were prepared without agitation using a modified polyol process. The effects of process parameters such as inducer type, endcapping agent content, halogen ion concentration and reaction temperature on the morphology of silver wire were studied, and the optimal experimental conditions for preparing silver nanowires were determined:silver nitrate was used as the silver source, ethylene glycol is the reducing agent and solvent, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)is the blocking agent, ferric chloride is the inducing agent, the mass ratio of silver nitrate to PVP is 1:2,and the concentration ratio of chloride ion to silver ion is 0.00283.The reaction temperature is 180?,and the obtained silver wire has the diameter range of 60 to 140nm,length to diameter ratio up to 833.(2)Silver nanowires was uniformly distributed by the drop coating method, and the film-forming material polyvinyl alcohol was spread by the Meyer bar method to obtain silver nanowire-based transparent conductive films. The photoelectric properties, adhesion and flexibility of the transparent conductive film with different silver nanowire deposition densities were studied. The results show that the overall surface of the film is smooth and flat, and the silver wire is evenly distributed on the surface of the film. When the deposition density of the silver nanowire is 352mg/m2,the sheet resistance of the film is 63.4?/sq,conductivity can reach 2.25×10-1S/m and the transmittance(at 550nm)is 58.87%,Adhesion and flexibility are excellent.(3)The deposition density of silver nanowires was kept constant, and the influence of the deposition density of graphene on the properties of graphene/silver nanowire-based transparent conductive films was investigated.Through the analysis of the experimental results,it is found that compared with the silver nanowire-based transparent conductive film, the transmittance of the graphene/silver nanowire-based transparent conductive film with the same total deposition density of the conductive material is slightly reduced, and the overall appearance of the film is black, but the film The conductivity is improved from 63.4Q/sq to 23.86Q/sq,and the adhesion and flexibility of the graphene/silver nanowire-based transparent conductive film are still very good.
