Research On Material And Performance Of Heavy Scraper Conveyor Sprocket

The main research content is as follows:According to the scraper conveyor sprocket principle of work, the operating mode condition, the expiration form and the attrition reason, have analyzed to the chain wheel material organization request and the performance requirement; using methods and so on chemical composition analysis, X phase examination, microstructure observation has determined two kind of import sprocket products material ingredient, the phase composition as well as the microstructure. The application vickers hardness meter carries on the examination to the sprocket test specimen microscopic degree of hardness, has promulgated two kind of sprocket product surface layer and the core section material degree of hardness change rule, uses sells the disc friction abrasion testing machine, in changes the load and changes under the rotational speed condition, has tested the sprocket test specimen attrition weightlessness and the friction coefficient, and unifies the attrition appearance, has analyzed two kind of sprocket product material resistance to wear.This research helps sprocket made the development of new materials, and also has certain promoter action to the sprocket manufacture.
