In our country, with 30 years of economic and social development, the rapid increase of people's living standard, lead to energy system transformation, the proportion of consumption in our country has greatly increased.However, product is flammable, explosive, toxic chemicals, oil depot in the crude oil in the tank due to oil spill, human error, thunder and lightning, static electricity, equipment failure, earthquakes and other reasons there is a big fire danger, such as additional product sort is more, and relatively concentrated tank of oil depot, formed the cause is complicated, so the oil storage tanks there is a very big security hidden danger.Therefore, the study of oil tank fire is very necessary, this paper studies the oil depot fire early warning information system based on mobile terminal in the oil tank fires, the fire power can be informed to the rescue, makes every effort to minimize oil depot fire losses.This topic from the Android platform and the secondary development of ArcGIS map, the characteristics of the oil storage tank and Baidu map calls as the breakthrough point, information about oil depot fire warning system is introduced in this paper and the research status and development trend of oil depot fire early warning information system based on mobile terminal development process and implementation of related functions.The working principle of this system is to move the client could be moments of oil tank fires monitoring early warning information, the information is sent to the server through the configuration software system, and mobile terminal can through text messages to monitor the fire information received from the server, the mobile terminal receives the information after the fire, according to the information of the fire tank number and related information on the mobile terminal shows the diameter of the storage tanks, tank higher information storage tank and tank area the size of the wind speed, wind direction and other factors by calculating model to calculate the flame height, the radiation intensity and fire distance around the fire tank, storage tank and then according to the storage tank fire situation, the system automatically rescue and rescue path are given, and through the ArcGIS and Baidu map shows information about storage tank and relief path, make fire convenient client can receive check the information, and then a quick and effective relief.
