Conventional beam pumping unit is widely used in oil production equipment at home and abroad because of its simple and practical structure, high reliability, high manufacturing and maintenance economy, industry standard and technology, and it occupies an absolutely leading position.. But its own structure is bulky, especially the switchboard power is low, the balance effect is not good, low power utilization, resulting in a huge waste of energy.Aiming at the above problems, this paper studies, designs and validates the automatic balance device of C-228D-256-100 conventional pumping beam pumping unit.First, In this paper, the current situation of conventional energy-saving technology of beam pumping unit is studied, and the general root cause of energy consumption-the imbalance of working process is identified, and the direction of this paper is put forward.Second, on the basis of the existing research results, combined with the basic theory of beam pumping unit, the structural characteristics, kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the conventional beam pumping unit are analyzed and analyzed, and the equilibrium law is analyzed.Then, according to the working characteristics and balance law of the conventional beam pumping unit, the mechanical and electrical control system of the automatic balance system was designed and the working process of the balance system was quantitatively analyzed, and the working process of the pumping beam pumping unit Of the balanced simulation of the basic preparation.Finally, based on the C-228D-256-100 conventional beam pumping unit, the movement law, dynamics and balance block calculation of the pumping unit are studied and analyzed, and calculated by MATLAB software. And the net torque curve of the reducer is used to analyze the balance of the pumping unit, the method of adjusting the balance effect of the pumping unit is determined, and the automatic balance adjusting device is designed. Based on the energy conservation theorem, the relationship between the direction of movement and displacement of the balance block and the power of the motor is derived and the length of the screw nut on the ball screw is calculated and the mathematical model is established. The effect of balance adiustment is verified by two kinds of common conditions in oilfield, and finally the aim of energy saving is achieved.
