Research On Risk Pre-warning Of Coal Mine Fire Accident

The fire of Coal mine is one of the major disasters,fire accidents will not only produce a large number of high temperature smoke and toxic gases,endanger the life safety of the underground staff,and will burn a lot of down hole equipment,loss of coal resources,but also to bring economic and energy losses in mine and society.This paper analyzes the current situation of China's coal mine safety accident,use the theory of causal chain,combined with the actual situation of Shanxi in Sima coal mine of coal mine fire accident risk warning.And the use of statistical methods,system analysis,the coal mine fire accident hazard source for a comprehensive scientific identification,and finally to the system to assess and early warning.To reduce the threat of fire accidents to coal mine safety production,to ensure the healthy,stable and sustainable development of coal industry is of great significance.First,summarized the theory of causing coal mine accident and risk information identification method,and based on the coal mine fire accidents caused by the characteristics of in-depth analysis,and puts forward some measures to control and prevent the occurrence of fire accidents in coal mine.Based on the analysis of the human-machines-enviroment-management factors of fire accident,the suitable qualitative and quantitative evaluation method was chosen to realize the basic evaluation of the hazard.Secondly,completed the preliminary design of the early warning system of coal mine fire accident risk,the establishment of early warning management system and management mode based on the operation of fire accidents,and on the basis of reasonable suggestions are put forward to assist the operation of the system safeguard work,advance control look forward to provide ideas for mine fire accident of coal in china.Finally,the identification,analysis and risk assessment of coal mine fire accidents are combined with an example of coal mine,using AHP to analyze the human,machine,environment and management factors that lead to accidents.And respectively from two aspects of technical measures and management measures to put forwardcountermeasures,in order to better manage the risk of coal mine fire accident early warning of the implementation of effective management.
