The Study On The Interaction Relationship Of Economic Growth And Environmental Pollution In Jilin Province

With the development of society and economy,environmental problems are increasingly serious and governments pay more attention to these problems.Especially since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,ecological civilization construction was brought into the overall arrangements for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the construction of ecological civilization was upgraded to a national strategy.And the Thirteenth Five-year Plans Outline that was issued in March 2016,pointed that deepen the implementation of pollution prevention,and made clear plans and goals for all respects.As one of the old industrial base in northeast China,Jilin province faces more and more environment pressure with the development of society and economy,therefore,the study on the interaction relationship of regional economic growth and environmental pollution in Jilin province during the transitional period of old industrial base is necessary.This article uses the System Dynamics model to analyze the interaction relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution control,in the base of making full use of the advantage of this model,considers all possible factors,such as economic factors,social factors,technical factors and so on,and establishes equations of various factors,uses vensim software for simulation to study the positive and negative effects of between main indicators,and then proposes related suggestions for the interactive development between Jilin province economic growth and environmental pollution control.The research results show that GDP growth representing the economic factors has positive effect on environmental pollution control;as for the Industrial structure factors,the increase of the first industry and the tertiary industry proportion can improve environmental pollution treatment level obviously,however,the increase of the second industry proportion does not have obvious positive effects.Urbanization rate representing social factors and unit GDP energy consumption representing technical factors have significantly positive effects on the improvement of the environmental pollution control situation of the Jilin province.As for the environmental pollution treatment,environment pollution control investment is a positive factor to GDP growth,and this positive influence is more and more obvious over time,but the environmental pollution index has no obvious effect on GDP growth,Therefore,it is impossible to achieve the sustainable economic growth at the cost of resources and environment.Finally,according to the results of the model,in order to promote the interactive development of Jilin province economic growth and environmental pollution control,I put forward the following suggestions : Improve the investment of pollution control,strengthen environmental pollution control,optimize the industrial structure,strengthen the technical support and promote the environmental pollution control technology progress,accelerate the construction of the new urbanization,pay attention to sustainable development;strengthen the construction of ecological environment,create new models of environment pollution control,etc.
