Research On River Water Pollution Prevention Control Problems Of Qingtian County,Zhejiang Province

With the rapid development of China’s economic and social,the expansion of the city and rural urbanization,industrialization and so on produced a large number of life,industry and agriculture and other kinds of sewage and garbage,increase year by year,far beyond the existing governance capabilities.According to statistics,now in our country,the urban wastewater treatment rate less than 30%,industrial wastewater actual success rate of less than 50%;And in agriculture,except livestock exposed point some governance,a lot of chemical fertilizers,pesticides,agricultural materials products and sewage caused by agricultural straw,there is no effective control measures.Especially in some new developing small towns,the prevention and control of water pollution problem is more serious.In terms of Qingtian county,Zhejiang province,with the rapid development of economy and society of Oujiang river basin,the degree of water environment pollution is also expanding and increasing;this result the original jiangnan charm of castle peak green water,moving away from the line of sight of people.All kinds of wastewater,livestock and poultry industry sewage,catering industry sewage,agricultural non-point source sewage,industrial wastewater,sewage and surface runoff water underground pipes,river(lake)bed sediment and solid waste,waste ground permeability bubble produced sewage,untreated directly or indirectly by emissions into the river,caused the different levels of pollution.Some of the sewage containing nitrogen and phosphorus elements,leading to the water eutrophication.Part of the heavy metal ions have a serious impact on the survival of aquatic animals and plants;Some toxic substances cause serious damage to aquatic animals,and even endangers people’s health.With the progress of science and technology,the water pollution prevention and control of technology presents spiral rise.Development will have progress,but also can produce new problems in the process.At this time,the most important thing is to analyze new problem,and formulate corresponding countermeasures.In the process of economic and social development of Qingtian county,through the analysis of the present situation and reason of Oujiang river water pollution,it can be seen the water pollution prevention and control system is weak,ecological destruction and so on.These problems comes from the part of the people’s law consciousness,the environmental protection consciousness is poor,part of the unit is lack of responsibility and so on.These problems need further research,analysis and resolution.In fact,problem solving isalso a manifestation of social progress.This paper takes the case as an example--in Oujiang river water pollution control of Qingtian as an example,from the signs of river water pollution,in-depth analysis of river water pollution caused by various reasons,summarizes the successful experiences and failure lessons,and learn from the advanced experience of part of the domestic and international water pollution prevention and control,from the source control,government level,technology level,the quality and engineering maintenance and so on,puts forward some quick effect,investment saving,and last long methods,measures and suggestions.Hope that through this article research on prevention and control of water pollution problems of Oujiang river channel and Qingtian county government itself continuously explore,Oujiang river water pollution prevention and control work is sure to win.At the same time,also hope that this paper can provide a sense of reference for the water prevention and control work in other parts of our country.
