As the continuous improvement of living standards,automobiles have become an indispensable part of people's daily life.Accordingly,automobiles exhaust emissions more and more year by year.In the case of people's increasing awareness of the degree of atmospheric pollution,to control vehicle exhaust pollution and improve air quality,has become an urgent matter.Reducing sulfur content of gasoline is one of the most effective ways to reduce the emission of automobile,and it is also the major trend of the development of gasoline quality in the world.In the face of the global trend of clean fuel production,our country sizes up the situation,and makes specific arrangements for a new round of the gasoline qualityupgradingand puts forwardhigher requirements for the quality of gasoline,whichrequires the implementation ofthenational standards of phaseV gasoline on January 1,2017.However,SINOPEC requires subordinate oil-refining enterprises that the gasoline must meet the requirements of the new standard from October 1,2016.In the article,weresearchthe historical development of quality standards of automobile gasoline at home and abroad,andlookahead to the quality requirements of domestic vehicle gasoline;analyzethe status quo of production process for gasoline and the quality of gasoline in Jingmencompanyand study on the technology of adsorption desulfurization for FCC gasoline,on the basis of theprincipleof Jingmen company's gasoline quality upgrading,in the end,we select the technology of S-Zorb as a gasoline quality upgrading program whichisappropriatefor the production practice of Jingmencompany.The S-Zorb process uses a special adsorbent to adsorb the sulfur atoms of hydrocarbons in gasoline,andthehydrocarbons are returned to the gasoline to avoid the formation of thiolandsolve the problem of sulfur removal in FCC gasoline,theadsorbent participates in the desulfurization process by recyclingintheprocess.The desulfurization rate of this technology is more than 99%,the yield of gasoline is high,the hydrogen consumption is low,and the loss of octane number is low,andcanmeet the requirementofthenational standards of phase V gasoline whichrequests for sulfur content of less than10mg/kg.At present,the S-Zorb processis a popular technologyforthe production of low sulfur clean gasoline.In addition,theresidue oil hydrogenation unit is postponed as the oil quality upgrade project,the current poor catalytic gasoline can not meet the requirements of the S-Zorb feed.By studying,the catalytic gasoline is determined to enter RSDS unit firstly,then the raw materialswhich meet the requirements of S-Zorbenter the S-Zorb.The combination of RSDS and S-Zorb is used as a gasoline quality upgrading program during the transition period.Finally,by using the transition period of the program,weresearchand analyze the industrial practice of S Zorb in Jingmencompany...
