The rapid development of China's agricultural produce large amounts of carbon dioxide emissions, affecting the sustainable development of agriculture.Based on this, first estimates of total agricultural emissions, study spatial and temporal characteristics of agricultural carbon emissions. Then create DEA-SBM model of China's 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) from 2004 to 2013 is calculated on agri-environmental effect, and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) the efficiency of the trend, the decomposition and inefficient contribution of research. Third, the factors affecting the efficiency of the agricultural environment a full range of Tobit regression analysis. Results obtained are as follows: ? Agricultural carbon emissions increased year by year, fertilizer is the largest source of carbon emissions.? High overall efficiency of the national level of agricultural environment, no investment efficiency, sown area is the country's largest source, the highest contribution rate of investment inefficiency, eastern and central regions are mechanical inputs, while the western and north-eastern region is sown. No output efficiency, carbon emission output inefficiency is the largest source of inefficiency, the contribution rate is the highest.? On the national level, per capita electricity consumption and the proportion of non-agricultural industries is a major factor in reducing the environmental efficiency value; per capita electricity consumption in eastern, non-agricultural industries accounted hinder environmental efficiency increase; the central region pesticide intensity per capita sown area, the proportion of primary industry comprehensive energy consumption per unit of output and fuel consumption reduced environmental efficiency value; per capita electricity consumption and the proportion of non-agricultural industries in west showed a significant negative correlation; per capita acreage northeast gasoline consumption ratio, and the proportion of non-agricultural wage income showed a significant negative correlation.
