Abstract/Summary:
High speed machining tool system is one of the key parts of high grade CNC machine tools.Among them,the tool clamping technology as an important part of the direct impact on the quality of parts processing and processing safety,And different types of clamping chuck should be used in different cutting conditions.At present,hydraulic expansion chuck based on the development of clamping principle can be used to clamp various types of tool cutting processing,and realize the high precision clamping tool,its excellent performance,widely used in machinery manufacturing industry,in semi finish machining and finish machining,the surface quality of the machined workpiece can be improved effectively.Hydraulic expansion chuck have high rotation precision and high repetition precision in clamping;with a certain damping effect in the cutting and noise is relatively small;when loading and unloading tool is simple and convenient.This paper studies deeply on the clamping characteristics of hydraulic expansion chuck,reveal the basic law,to solve the key problems of hydraulic expansion chuck in the design and use of which has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the relevant research results,using the elastic mechanics theory,dynamics theory,the finite element method,numerical analysis method and reliability analysis method,to analysis chuck of clamping theory,static and dynamic characteristic,reliability and simulation research:1.Based on the theory of elastic mechanics,a mechanical model of the chuck has been established,analysis the static characteristic of hydraulic expansion chuck in using finite element analysis software.By such a method,the clamping state can be preliminary explored.2.Considering the elastic properties of the static pressure expansion clamp joints,joint constraint is not completely rigid,a linear spring and torsion spring were holding parts of the folder,a tool system of elastic constraint model has been established.3.Based on the structural dynamics theory,carried out harmonic response analysis and transient dynamic analysis by using the finite element software,the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic expansion chuck has been revealed.4.Considering the static pressure in the safe problem of chuck clamping,based on the theory of structural reliability,the key design parameters were determined,the clamping structure is analyzed.The influence of the external load and the structural parameters on the maximum clamping deformation and the maximum equivalent stress is studied,the sensitivity analysis is carried out,correlation coefficient and structure reliability is obtained.
