Nuts are the main parts of the mechanical equipment.Because of its own mechanical properties,it is widely used in various types of machinery and equipment.So it is particularly important to detect the using performance of nuts.After researching the thread testing equipments,there are some problems,such as low detection efficiency,high detection costs,and so on.It is difficult to meet the requirement that the nuts export enterprises need to detect each nut.Therefore,it is very important to develop a nut internal thread testing device.Its advantages are strong applicability,high efficiency and low cost.First,according to the contacting integrated measurement method and the development of equipment technical indicators,this paper presents the overall design of the vertical nut internal thread testing machine.With the modular thinking,it is divided into the rack assembly,the detection platform assembly and the nut moving and positioning assembly,etc.The calculation of each component is carried out to verify the design rationality.After the prototype is completed,the prototype experiment is carried out,and the experimental data are analyzed and summarized.The problems in the course of the experiment are solved,and the design scheme of the vertical nut internal thread testing machine is summarized.Then,aiming at the problems of the vertical nut internal thread testing machine,the horizontal nut internal thread testing machine is designed,With the modular thinking,it is divided into the rack assembly,the mobile assembly,the test platform assembly,the feeding assembly and the sorting assembly,etc.The main parts of the design are calculated.The design of the two-way guide rod clutch coordinated with the gear structure achieves a simultaneous control of four detection stations with a servo motor.Finally,in order to verify the reliability and security of this scheme,virtual assembly and finite element analysis for important parts is carried out for the device.At the same time,participate in the requirement analysis,the scheme design,and the workflow formulation of the control system of the horizontal nut internal thread testing machine.
