Research And Development Of Anti-Aging Cosmetic Based On Camellia Oil

With the improvement of people's living standards,social population structure changes,and aging population problems,anti-aging moisturizing cosmetics has become popular with people.Despite the gradual rise of medical cosmetology,but most people,using cosmetics without destroying the skin physiological structure is still the mainstream method to resist aging.Camellia Oil is rich in China,and its antioxidant activity is a hot spot in recent years,and is often used to compare with olive oil.In product development,camellia oil is still used as edible oil in the market products currently,its health care function has not been fully valued and applied,and its great development potential in medicine and cosmetics also needs to be tapped.The study based on camellia oil,the processing technology of its use as a base oil for cosmetics was explored,and its physiological activity and permeability to cosmetic chemicals were studied.Which aimed to provide technical support for its application in cosmetics,and developed an anti-aging moisturizing skin care oil.The main findings are as follows:(1)The process of wintering of commercial camellia oil was discussed,and composition of fatty acids and the active ingredients in camellia oil was analyzed before and after treatment.The results showed that with cooling treatment at 4? for 24 h,more stability at low temperature and better oil separation were achieved.After the treatment,acid value and iodine value decreased,unsaturated fatty acids increased by3.12% than before.In general,the wintering treatment improved the low temperature stability and the transparency of the camellia oil,reached the standards of cosmetics oil.But the high temperature also inevitably caused a small damage on the antioxidant.(2)The antioxidant properties of camellia oil and the percutaneous penetration of active substances in cosmetics were studied.The IC50 of camellia oil to DPPH·,·OH and O2-· were 293,421 and 343 mg / mL,respectively,and the antioxidant activity was higher than that of commercial olive oil.Camellia oil could promote the transdermal permeation effect of different cosmetic substances,compared with no enhancer,the enrichment rate was 2.78,2.81,3.11 and 3.70 respectively.And the transdermal permeation of camellia oil to lipophilic substances is superior to that of hydrophilic substances.(3)To optimize the best ratio of anti-aging moisturizing oil.The proportion of emollient oil is 58.2% of camellia oil,25% of sweet almond oil,15% of octanoic acidtriglyceride,0.8% of tea tree oil,0.5% of vitamin E,0.5% of squalene.The physical and chemical and sensory indicators complied with national standards.The inhibitory effect of the skin oil on mouse skin photoaging was studied then.The results showed that the content of MDA in the skin of the irradiated mice was significantly lower than that of the control,and the activities of SOD and CAT were improved.These results showed that the skin care oil based on camellia oil can improve the skin antioxidant enzyme activity,reduce free radical damage to the skin,delay skin aging.The moisture retention rate was 90.32% at 25 ?,41% humidity.
