Coal mine drilling rig is the main equipment of underground mine drainage construction in coal mine.However,with the improvement of coal mine technology and the need of underground operation,modern drilling rig should be efficient,energy saving,environmental protection and easy operation.Traditional coal mine drilling rigs mainly include vertical and horizontal types.Vertical drilling rigs use mechanical drives.Its rotary device is step speed regulation.And the operation is inconvenient,easy to wear failure.Horizontal drilling rigs use hydraulic transmission which can easily achieve the stepless speed implementation of the device.In the case of not moving the fuselage,the two rigs can only drill holes in a plane,which means they have less work plane.In order to solve the problem that the traditional drilling rigs are difficult to locate in the drilling operation,this paper designs a drilling machine which can rotate the body platform,and can realize the working mode in multi-station.This paper designs the relevant mechanical structure of the full hydraulic crawler rotary drilling rig,which includes the design of the power unit,the feeding system,the structural of the rotating body platform and the chassis part.In this paper,the drive system of the power unit is designed,and the transmission ratio is optimized by MATLAB.The static analysis and modal analysis of the chassis support are carried out by using the finite element simulation software to ensure the safety and reliability of the chassis structure.Finally,using the optimization plug-in Design Explorer module in ANSYS Workbench to optimize the chassis bracket,to meet the force and safety factor under the premise of minimizing the weight of the chassis bracket and increase the utilization of materials.
