| The development of healthy and eomfortable multi-functional textiles has gradually become the mainstream trend of textile industry.Based on the research of polyester raw materials,polyester fiber and polyester fabric in recent years,two kinds of fabrics,polyester velvet and slub-fabric,were developed by using fine denier polyester and three-component polyester composite fiber as main raw materials.The specification design and process optimization of the products were carried out,and the wearability of the product was tested.The polyester velvet has the advantages of toughness,smooth hand feeling and low friction stimulation coefficient to the human body.Good drapability,good air permeability,and fine texture and good warmth retention property,and is suitable to be used as an autumn and winter bed product.With the three groups of polyester composite fiber,Slub-fabric has the appearance effect similar to that of the bamboo joint.And the double-twisting process also increases the suspension feeling of the fabric,which is very suitable for summer clothing fabric or decorative cloth.The subject focuses on the process optimization and the development of new fabrics,and hopes to provide a new idea for the development and application of polyester fabric. |
