With the propose of "German Industry 4.0" concept and "Made in China 2025"strategy,the transformation from digital manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing has become the trend of the development of manufacturing industry in the future.The remote monitoring system of air-jet loom is of great significance to improve the level of network and realize the interconnection of air-jet loom.However,there is a great gap between domestic and abroad for the research and application of the remote monitoring system,which is mainly reflected in the lack of remote control,the lack of uniform standards for data collection and the limited access to users.To solve these problems,this paper designs a remote monitoring system of air-jet loom based on B/S structure.First of all,the functional requirements of the remote monitoring system are summarized in this paper.The communication protocol from the loom to the server is established.The method of adding the MTConnect interface to the air-jet loom control system is put forward to obtain the standard output data.The B/S structure is chosen as the development framework for the communication between the server and the remote client.The overall design scheme of the remote monitoring system for air-jet loom is presented.The main functions of each module in the program and the communication process of each module are described.Secondly,each module of the data transmission model is designed completely based on the analysis of the communication between the loom and the server.It mainly includes the following aspects:The MTConnect standard protocol is introduced.The monitoring model of air-jet loom based on MTConnect is constructed.The design of the MTConnect interface in the control system of air-jet loom is completed.In order to parse the control instruction packet,the protocol parsing module is designed.The request filtering module is added on the upper part of the protocol analysis module and the MTConnect interface to unify the processing of the received data packet.The procedure of data processing is described and the implementation details of the software design of data processing module are analyzed.This paper defines the data packet protocol for the control instruction,introduces the security check mechanism of the data packet,and ensures the security of the control instruction transmission.Then,the design work of the remote monitoring server is completed from the following aspects:The MySQL database is chosen as the database service module development and management tool to design different data tables for air-jet loom monitoring information.In order to manager the different permissions for users,the user permission tables are designed.This paper analyzes the concrete process of the development of the Web site by ASP.NET,explains the configuration process of the Web.config file of the air-jet loom Web site,and completes the design and development of the Web service module site.The security design of database service module is completed from the aspects of database access rights management,data backup,SQL injection and brute force cracking.This paper configures the IIS service platform to ensure the security and stability of the Web service module.Finally,the experimental verification of the remote monitoring system of the air-jet loom is completed in the laboratory and workshop.The main contents are as follows:The laboratory environment of the remote monitoring system of the air-jet loom is set up.The remote monitoring and management functions are tested.The remote encryption/decryption operation is carried on.And the compatibility of the Web sites for different browsers is detected.The remote monitoring system for air-jet loom is set up in the workshop.The accuracy of the data in clients is verified.Remote encryption/decryption operation is carried on to test the effect of the remote operation on the safety of the air-jet loom.
