CNC machine tools are one of the five key technical equipment for the development of smart manufacturing in China and have played a key role in the development of the manufacturing industry.For the safe operation of CNC machine tools,the monitoring of CNC machine tools has received increasing attention.However,due to the closedness of the machine tool and the diversity of the machine tool's numerical control system,the monitoring methods also show diversity.Each monitoring system is also relatively independent,and has also become an isolated island of information.There is no integration and sharing of monitoring data information.And monitoring data lacks effective induction and sorting,lead to data reuse and sharing are poor and a lot of data resources are wasted.Therefore,it is of great significance to the study of machine tool monitoring data management.Aiming at the format of data integration method for CNC machine tool monitoring is not uniform and monitoring data lacks integration and management,this paper uses the MTConnect specification to study the monitoring data management system of CNC machine tool based on MTConnect,managing the monitoring data of the CNC machine tool in the workshop,and improving the data sharing and interaction among the equipment.The main work is as follows:Currently,most CNC machine tool monitoring systems only consider the monitoring function of the same type machine tools and do not consider the heterogeneity of the equipment.In view of the diversity of CNC machine tools,this article adopts the MTConnect unified specification to study the CNC machine tool monitoring system,monitoring the workshop's CNC machine tools,and improving the interoperability between devices,the main work is as follows:1.The functions and non-functional requirements of the monitoring data management system for CNC machine tools based on MTConnect has been studied.And the overall framework,software hierarchy structure and function modules of the system has been designed.2.The basic architecture,working principle and key technologies of the MTConnect protocol has been studied.The description of device components and data flow in MTConnect has been studied.The modeling method of device in MTConnecthas been studied,the information model of CNC machine tool based on MTConnect has been constructed,and the model XML document has been established.3.According to the requirements analysis of MTConnect machine tool monitoring data management system,a B/S mode MTConnect machine monitoring data management system software has been designed,a software platform is constructed and core functions of the software have been achieved,including user management,data processing,Machine tool information management,data query module,etc.4.In the data query module,in view of the large amount of data in the database of MTConnect machine tool monitoring data management system,the query optimization algorithm of database have been studied.And the query optimization have been carried out by using firefly algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm.The simulation with MATLAB shows that the firefly algorithm query cost is lower and the efficiency is higher.Finally,the functions of the monitoring data management system have been tested and verified,and a summary and prospect have been made.
