The construction of oil field is a very important phase of oilfield development.The construction is systems engineering with multi-type,multi-process,interchange and continuous operation.With the security situation in oil field company continuously accelerating,the risks of security are more and more heavy,so that how to solve the problem becomes an urgent issue.Chinese company growing awareness the importance of program management.With oil industry reform and development,it is in urgent needs to standardization and informationization.According to the current requirement of oil industry,combined with real requirement,this paper sets out design and realization of information system of safety management.The construction site of oilfield is different from other types of engineering.The security management of oil field construction is carried into effect difficultly because dispersed in so many spots,too long lines and quite wide areas,inflammable,explosive or dangerous goods,and confined space.Worker coordinating with machines frequently led to small and airtight working platform.That caused workers cannot race away from the scene of the accident immediately.Construction sites far from relief center.When accidents happen,the workers only have portable instrument that do not have upload ability,unable to notify rescue teams where and which situation they have met.Because of human misplay or instrument misinformation,usually caused holding up providing relief.To cure the above problems,this paper presents a system of oilfield construction safety monitor.The system has achieved communication of fixed station and portable station by applying the Arduino controller and Xbee module.The fixed station offers GPS module that can be used to achieve geolocation.And also offers environment sensor,gas sensor designed for give an alarm.All information can be uploaded to Yeelink platform.It makes the remote management personnel and emergency rescue personnel can get the scene in time.This scheme can compensate for existing single functional portable alarms.It can implement manage emergency situations and information upload functions.The system has greatly helped construction manager,and ease the difficulty level of construction management too.It can help rescue team to get accident information in time.The result is that the risk of regressions is reduced.
