With the development of domestic coal mining industry,people pay more and more attention to the safety production of coal mines.Under the background of the government's strengthening of safety production management,it has become a hot issue of theoretical research and practice to improve the safety production management of underground workers through the information and intelligent safety production monitoring system.The positioning and tracking of underground workers is the most important demand of underground safety management system.In China,the early underground personnel management system mainly realizes the attendance management and in and out statistics of personnel.It can only passively count the number of underground personnel,and can't carry out real-time positioning and dynamic management of underground personnel.When underground operations are in danger,the management system can only provide the approximate number of underground personnel,can't obtain the location information of underground personnel,and can't effectively support the underground Personnel search and rescue.In recent years,ZigBee wireless sensor network technology has developed rapidly,and has formed a relatively mature development environment and application mode,which has played a positive role in intelligent transportation,logistics management,equipment management and other aspects.Based on the advantages of ZigBee wireless sensor network,designs and implements a mine personnel positioning and tracking system based on ZigBee technology.Based on the introduction of ZigBee wireless sensor network technology,combs the basic requirements of mine personnel positioning management,and completes the overall design of underground personnel positioning and tracking system from two aspects of technology and application.On this basis,the key hardware scheme and main software function scheme of the system are given.In the process of system software implementation,the positioning data processing subsystem is mainly studied,and the embedded Linux system construction process based on ARM processor is studied.The hardware design and implementation of the system are carried out from wireless transceiver module,positioning base station and coordinator,mobile positioning terminal,sensor data acquisition subsystem,serial port expansion module and other parts,from application communication protocol Positioning data acquisition subsystem,positioning data processing subsystem and other modules design and implement the system software.According to the key requirements of underground personnel positioning management,puts forward the personnel positioning algorithm in line with the underground application environment,introduces the implementation process and positioning test of the algorithm,and on this basis,tests and verifies the functions of communication,positioning,personnel management,etc.of the underground personnel positioning and tracking system.The design of the underground personnel positioning management system has the advantages of high positioning accuracy,personnel dynamic management,real-time reporting of environmental data and so on.The research work of has certain theoretical value and positive practical significance.
