To Use VB and SQL Server database design data information report, store archived data to SQL Server database and save by querying to Excel table, has realized the real-time monitoring of the process of billet identification, information transmission, information storage and information query functions.3.For steel mill high temperature, high humidity and complex electromagnetic environment, considering economic principles, billet marking system choose industrial Ethernet, using TCP/IP protocol to communicate. Siemens WinCC via TCP/IP protocol implementation and upper machine PLC communication, and complete the data exchange.Through industrial field trial showed that the proposed identification equipment working properly, the configuration of PC system can monitor identify normal state, basically achieved the design requirements.
