| For higher demanding of people’s quality life and health,all kinds of domestic events get a giant development and various kinds of fitness facilities such as modern health club,indoor stadium and community fitness grow very fast in recent years.All those have promoted China nation-wide sports greatly.Body exercising is a way of promoting the physical and mental health,but appropriate exercising may brings sports injury that could cause physical and mental pain and the inconvenience for work and life.With the increased emphasis on the personal safety and health of body and mind,sports safety becomes a hot issue of concern naturally.At present protective clothing such as the knee and elbow pads,wristbands are mostly developed for competitive event.But a lot of daily exercise such as running,cycling,the gym exercise that is not very intense is often ignored because of its low fatality,which also bring injury to the body.Above all,this thesis expects to achieve the purpose of protecting vulnerable parts of human body through clothing.A kind of ultra-light shock seamless knitted protective clothing for summer is developed including elbow and kneepads protection function in a body,which can protect the body muscles and joints,are comfortable to wear.This paper introduced the development prospects of protective clothes and technical background,by researching the status of the all-people movement and exercising security situation,the research progress of protective clothing for impact resistance and other related content.In order to study the effect of different materials and organization on shock resistance and wearing properties of seamless knitted fabric,three factors was set up in the experimental plan: the veil,bottom yarn,the weaving structure.By using the orthogonal method,the sample experiments was determined and a total of 25 piece of sample fabric was weaved.Then test shock resistance and wearing properties of each sample,make orthogonal analysis of each sample data and draw conclusions.It is concluded that the thickness and the gram weight of the specimen are strongly associated with the shock resistance.The weaving structure influences the shock resistance of the sample mostly,the next is the veil material,the last is bottom yarn material.Veil material has certain influence on impact resistance fabric.The seamless knitted fabrics with 7.8tex(70D)/48 F trilobites nylon fiber as the veil has good impact resistance than 7.8tex(70D)/48 F round hole and 7.8tex(70D)/48 F nylon fabric.Differentspecifications of the bottom yarn materials influence on the impact resistance also has certain influence.It can be concluded that with the increasing of count for spandex and polyamide fiber,the impact resistance for fabric increases.The 3+1 mockrib fabric has strongest impact resistance among these organization.The wearing properties of 25 piece of sample fabric was respectively tested such as tensile elasticity,plastic deformation rate,gas permeability,hygroscopicity,moisture permeability and bursting strength.Then use the orthogonal method to analyze the influence of veil materials,bottom yarn material,the organization on the various properties of the fabric.Finally use fuzzy mathematics to make the a comprehensive evaluation for the sample fabric’s performance and get the combination which the comprehensive performance is excellent.In the 25 pieces of sample fabric,the fabric with veil material for 7.8tex(70D)/48 F trilobites polyamide fiber,bottom yarn materials for 2.2tex(20D)spandex/4.4tex(40D)nylon,organization for 3+1 mockrib,has relatively best functional and wearing performance.This article also made a questionnaire survey to understand consumer preferences and functional requirements.About sports injury investigation,knee and foot are most vulnerable.Injury types includes muscle ligament injury,cramps,joint sprainand so on.Combined with the experimental conclusions and research,a set of men’s thin shock seamless knitted protective clothing for summer was designed and developed,through seamless knitting technology combined with hygroscopicity breathability,aesthetics,elasticity,human comfort and other requirements. |
