| In recent years, people’s safe and health consciousness strengthens generally sothat sports safety becomes a hot issue.For people who do sport a lot, especially thosewho do it as professionals, their bodies often suffer unpredictable impact and causeinjured in training or games. For high-competitive and high-speed sports, athletesusually wear helmetsã€carapacesã€knee padsã€gloves and other protective devices toachieve the purpose of avoiding serious impact damage and protecting their bodies.So far the researches in this aspect main focus on the protectors that handle thedamage from the impact of the sport, the costume itself is left unstudied. Theprotectors is only to protect the crucial parts of human’s body, while the clothing iscovering nearly all of body and can provide the biggest protecting area. So it is veryimportant to research the impact resistance of clothing.This paper is to research the performance of seamless knitted fabrics and exploitthe impact resistant clothing materials. In this paper, the samples are designed byorthogonal method and weaved by seamless production process.The thickness, gram per square meter, density, elasticity, deformation rate,moisture absorption, moisture permeability, air permeability, pilling resistance aretested in experiments. The paper is used correlation analysis to study relationshipbetween fabric basic parameters and impact resistance, and the results show that thethickness of the fabric isn’t correlated with impact resistance, and fabric gram anddensity are significantly associated with impact resistance. The paper is usedorthogonal analysis to study the influence and correlation between the surfacematerial, inner material, organization structure, density and impact performance. Theresults show the factors that affect impact resistance in order are density, organizationstructure, surface material, inner material. The greater density is, the better impactresistance of fabric has, and impact resistance of nylon blended fabric is better thanothers. The inner material has less effect for impact resistance, so using differentspecifications of inner yarn is no major differences.The paper is utilized the entropy TOPSIS method to confirm that the coolmax blended fabric has the best property, the nylon blended fabric stays next and thecotton blended fabric shows worst in the value of comprehensive performance. Fabric#6has the best comprehensive performance, which owns the surface material ofcoolmax, inner material of20D spandex/30D nylon, structure of spacer texture1anddensity of+10.The paper is obtained outcomes of the appearance and functionary needs for thewrestling and boxing by questionnaires, which can instruct work on developingprotective sportswear. Wrestling athletes injure mostly at their back, waist, chest andbelly, while the boxing athletes injure at their face, head, chest, waist and belly.During the development of these textiles, we should pay attention to the performancesof moisture absorption, air permeability, impact resistance, elasticity, strength,softness and so on and choose the simple style with clean color. And designrespectively for wrestling and boxing based on the element mentioned above.In the end, by the subjective evaluation, the cloth is turned out to be generalcomfortable to wear. The results can fill the blank of the sportive protective domainout of those protectors and offer suggestions of safety for public and competitivesports. |
