Huaneng Yingkou power plant desulfurization system has been unable to adapt to the needs of modern social and economic development,it will inevitably carry out desulfurization capacity transformation to ensure the improvement of desulfurization efficiency and emission concentration decline,but also in line with national and local environmental policy constraints.It is necessary to analyze the capacity of the desulfurization system of Huaneng Yingkou Power Plant in detail.Combining with the characteristics of the project construction of the desulfurization system of the thermal power plant,it is necessary to discuss and analyze how to control the construction period reasonably and how to control the progress reasonably.,Safe and feasible,and without increasing the cost of construction under the premise of reducing the duration as much as possible.First of all,the study clearly makes the necessity of Huaneng Yingkou desulfurization system capacity transformation.That is to ensure the improvement of desulfurization efficiency and emission concentration decline,and in line with national and local environmental policy constraints.Huaneng Yingkou power plant is necessary to carry out ultra-low emission transformation,to the air pollutants "ultra-low emission" limit,sulfur dioxide,soot and nitrogen oxides emissions to meet certain standards.Secondly,the problems and causes of the progress management of the Huaneng Yingkou desulphurization system are analyzed in depth.Through the analysis of the whole project,it is concluded that the preliminary preparation is not sufficient,the design is not comprehensive,the problem of drawing delay,and the internal coordination mechanism is not perfect,and the communication is difficult to express smoothly.In addition,the problem of security management is not in place and labor shortage is also described in detail.The reasons for inadequate preparation,communication is not smooth,security is not in place and the labor shortage of fourissues to summarize the constraints of the smooth progress of the project to sort out the factors.Thirdly,we study the optimization and control scheme of the progress of the project of compatibilizer improvement in Huaneng Yingkou desulfurization system.In the aspect of the adjustment and optimization of the schedule,the paper puts forward the four methods of the progress control optimization method,the preliminary schedule,the construction schedule and the acceptance schedule.The scheme is divided into four ways: plan decomposition structure chart,Gantt chart,network diagram and key path diagram The optimization method is described.In the project control method,the relationship between the pre-control,the control of the matter and the control of the matter is summarized.The research adopts the combination of the prior control and the process control,and the afterwords control is supplemented,which fully explains the progress control method of the project transformation.Finally,the protection measures of the progress of the project of upgrading the capacity of Huaneng Yingkou desulfurization system are put forward.The study fully demonstrates the importance of project assurance management from three aspects,such as the protection of waste of resources,the protection of system management and security.In terms of waste of resources,put forward the allocation of resources,reduce costs and eliminate design defects in three aspects of specific safeguards.In the system of security,put forward organizational measures,technical support,information security,progress protection of four aspects of security measures.In terms of safety and security,the safety control measures,the rainy season construction measures,rain and lightning protection,fire safety and safety protection in four areas.Based on the project management theory and the characteristics of project construction of the desulfurization system of thermal power plant desulfurization system,this paper discusses and analyzes how to control the construction period reasonably.Because of the characteristics of large investment,large amount of project and long construction period,it is the main project for the desulfurization system capacity transformation project of the power plant is a big investment.How tocontrol the progress of reasonable,in the quality and quantity,safe and feasible,and without increasing the cost of construction under the premise of minimizing the duration has become the majority of the current power plant efforts to study the problem.The results of this study can not only be applied to the desulphurization system of Yingkou Power Plant,but also in other power plants and other large-scale change projects.
