Camellia oleifolia is a local woody oil crop with a long history of planting,the camellia oil has high edible and economic value.But people in most growing areas still do the husting work by hand.Enterprises forming planting patterns have adopted mechanical shelling,but there are some defects such as low shelling rate and high wear rate of camellia seeds.Moreover,the cleaning after shelling is not thorough enough,and there is a problem of low cleaning rate.In order to solve the above problems,this paper developed an integrated machine for oil tea shelling and cleaning based on multichannel mode.The research work of this paper is as follows:1.Analyze the physical characteristics of Camellia oleifera fruit.The physical characteristics of Camellia oleifera fruit and its components were studied;And analyze the breaking force of Camellia oleifera fruit and master the influencing factors of breaking force;Combining the compression performance test of Camellia oleifera fruit with finite element analysis,the breaking law of Camellia oleifera fruit was obtained;Through the analysis of the physical characteristics of Camellia oleifera,the concept of multi-channel mode is derived,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of an integrated machine for shelling and cleaning Camellia oleifera.2.Study and analyze the structure of oil tea fruit shelling and cleaning machine.On the basis of multi-channel mode theory,the shelling mode of buffer-rollingboosting and the cleaning mode of forced substitution are determined;Determine the main structural parameters of the hulling roughing device and the cleaning device,and design and calculate the key structures;Establish a three-dimensional model of a multichannel oil tea shelling and cleaning machine.3.Carry out the discrete element simulation analysis of shelling device.The material model of discrete element simulation is established by analyzing the contact theory of Camellia oleifera fruit and the category of particle simplification;Using EDEM to carry out simulation analysis on the shelling process of single shelling channel,get the cloud picture of shelling trajectory and the graph of key technical parameters and movement time,determine the law of shelling movement of Camellia oleifera fruit,and verify the feasibility of shelling equipment.4.Carry out the experimental study on comprehensive performance of camellia oleifera fruit shelling and cleaning machine.Determine the experimental scheme and test method;The Design-Expert is used to analyze the test data,and obtain the test scheme with the best shelling performance and cleaning performance;The optimal working parameters were established with the maximum removal rate and cleaning rate,and the minimum damage rate and wear rate of tea seeds as the optimization objectives,and the optimized parameters were verified again by the whole machine,which provided reference for improving the quality of oil tea fruit shelling and cleaning operation.
