Camellia oleifera is the fruit of vegetable oil tea.It is mainly grown in natural and non-polluted alpine and hilly areas in the subtropical humid climate region of southern China. It can be planted in more than 10 provinces in China. The main producing areasare in Hunan,Jiangxi,Guangxi,Chongqing and other provinces.City(district),the country's existing cultivation area of about 45 million mu,with an annual output of 1 million tons of oil tea seeds,oil-producing tea seed oil 270,000 tons. The main use of camellia is to extract oil.The oil that is fried contains high unsaturated fatty acids and has high nutritional value. It is no less than olive and is known as “Oriental Olive Oil”.Tea oil can not only be eaten but also used for beauty, with a variety of health care effects,anti-aging can also prevent three high.Because Camellia has such high nutritional value and production value, the state has been striving to promote the production and exploitation of Camellia oleifera as a natural woody edible vegetable oil. However, since the Camellia oleifera needs to be harvested as soon as possible after the ripening of the tea,the country and even the whole The production method currently used in the world is still to pick the oil tea fruit first, then dry it naturally, and then manually peel and sieve it.This production has very high weather requirements, and the production efficiency is very low,the labor demand is large, and the labor cost is high. These are all problems. In recent years, the planting area of Camellia oleifera has been increasing. How to solve the problem of the integration of the shredding and screening of Camellia oleifera is urgently needed. This paper has made the following research and solutions for the above problems.First of all,the problem of seed blasting rate during the process of breaking the shell of Camellia oleifera is difficult to avoid. However,in view of the crushing characteristics of Camellia oleifera, this study innovatively designed the shell-breaking and peeling claws.Based on the artificial shelling method,it imitates the human shelling action, mechanizes the artificial shelling, and divides the diameter into five series for different diameters of camellia, designing a four-channel classification mechanism and corresponding The shell-breaking channel realizes the integration of graded shell breaking.Secondly, using solidworks,ADAMS software to carry out simulation and analysis to help the design of the graded shell breaker, and then carry out a large number of experiments on the prototype of the preliminary design,to find the best size, direction, speed, etc.Corresponding process parameters, and then using finite element software for static analysis, the rationality of the shell is verified. Finally, the shell-breaking effect experiment was carried out.In all the research experiments,high-definition cameras were used to record the working conditions, and the experimental data was put together for the subsequent problem analysis, and animproved scheme was proposed to verify the shell-breaking force by using a three-axis force sensor. The effectiveness of the shell, the rate of breaking the shell, the rate of seed breaking,as an experimental indicator. After the shell is broken, the shell seed is completely separated by color-selective screening, and the tea-fruit split-shell screening and screening scheme studied in this paper is comprehensively compared with the traditional artificial shell-shell screening, from time, efficiency and economic verification. The accuracy and feasibility of secondary equipment research. Finally, the machine designed and studied in this paper is a machine for sorting and sifting the shells. For the processing of non-leached camellia, the shelling rate can reach more than 99.4%,the seed blasting rate is less than 1.8%,and the seed shell rate is less than 1.7.%Effect.
