In recent years, with the development of industry and the improvement of level of people's consumption, the speed of product updating is accelerating, which results in an increase in number of end-of-life electromechanical products. Many reusable components and materials can be obtained from recycling and remanufacturing these end-of-life products, which can not only save the cost of the products and improve the utilization rate of resources, but also can weaken the impact of the product manufacturing on the environment. However, the uncertainty of quality is an important factor that affecting the remanufacturing process, which make it difficult to evaluate the environmental and economic benefits of the remanufacturing system. In addition,on the existing model, there is no specific classification of the types of carbon emissions and the types of cost in each stage of remanufacturing, which cannot comprehensively analyze the environmental and economic benefits of the whole remanufacturing process. Therefore, the question of the way to establish a quantitative model under quality uncertainty and to effectively evaluate the impact of environmental and economic of the remanufacturing process is urgent to be solved. In response to the above problems, this paper takes end-of-life construction machinery products as the research object, and establishes the environmental benefits evaluation model and economic benefits evaluation model of remanufacturing under quality uncertainty. At the same time, this paper introduces an interval uncertainty analysis method to solve the environmental benefits evaluation model, and analyzes the economic benefits of the re-manufacturer with the cost-profit rate. Finally, some actual examples are given to verify the above models, the sensitivity about the quality uncertainty to the environmental and economic benefits of remanufacturing is obtained. The specific contents of the study are as follows:(1)For the process routing of remanufacturing, the recycling products are grouped as quality level. Then this paper proposes the definition of quality loss coefficient to describe the quality uncertainty.(2)By selecting carbon emissions as evaluation quota, the evaluation model of remanufacturing environmental benefit is established under quality uncertainty. The quality uncertainty can cause the uncertainty of qualified rate, working time and heat treatment quantity, which can use interval method to indicate. And the model is solved with the probability-interval hybrid method. After verifying model with simulation, the results show that the working time and heat treatment quantity are more sensitive to carbon emission reduction, while the combination of several uncertain parameters is more complex to the sensitivity of the model.(3)By selecting the profit of remanufacturer as evaluation quota, the evaluation model of remanufacturing economic benefit is established under quality uncertainty.Through the concrete analysis of the sales revenue, remanufacturing cost and recycling cost, the profit of the re-manufacturer is obtained. After verifying model with simulation, the impact of quality uncertainty on the economic benefits of remanufacturing is obtained.
