With the rapid development of aviation,aerospace,automobile manufacturing,oil extraction and other fields,the demand for deep hole pieces is more and more,and the quality of the workpiece hole is also higher and higher,therefore,efficient deep hole Scrapre-rolling process is also of concern.Deep hole Scrapre-rolling cutting is an efficient deep hole finishing process,the use of deep hole scraper composite tool for the internal control of a processing molding,the former rough boring,semi-fine boring,fine boring,rolling,and other processes to simplify,Greatly saving the processing time,improve the production efficiency.Such as cylinder bore finishing,in the use of scraper cutting compared with the traditional honing machine not only low noise,and can greatly save labor costs,and high precision machining,surface roughness after processing can reach Ra0.05-0.4,Surface hardness can be doubled to increase the service life of the cylinder.This article mainly analyzes the scraping and rolling parts of the scraper tool.(1)The two-dimensional cutting process is simulated by ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and the cutting mechanism and characteristics are analyzed,and the parameters are analyzed.(2)The maximum height of the cutting residual area under the condition of four different tool angles is obtained,and the plastic flow law of the roughness of an interface in the rolling is studied by using the slip line method.The optimum surface light is obtained.The whole effect,get the rolling surface smoothing effect and rolling pressure relationship formula.(3)Through ABAQUS software,the parameters of rolling are simulated by finite element method,and the influence of various parameters on rolling effect is obtained.(4)Finally,the design and optimization of the cutting tool is proposed.And through the calculation of the number and size of the roller to determine the size of the front scraper and rolling head to provide the design basis.
