In this study,the production equipment and technology of viscose staple fiber can be as a platform,and silicon flame retardant fiber offered the production theoretical basis.Sodium metasilicate and sodium aluminate as bicomponent flame retardant were added to the fiber to further improve the flame retardant and high temperature resistant in the process of production.And technical transformation was carried on production equipment in order to product batch high temperature resistant and flame retardant silicon-aluminum-cellulose blend viscose fiber.Production equipment of common viscose staple fiber was improved by technical transformation to product batch high temperature resistant and flame retardant silicon-aluminum-cellulose blend viscose fiber.Such as sodium metasilicate flame retardant dissolved at the end of xanthation and fed into xanthating machine by improving sodium metasilicate flame retardant dissolving configuration and adding system.Flame retardant in flame retardant viscose dope was more evenly distributed and dissolving flame retardant viscose presented better filtration performance by introducing post dissolution grinding system.Bicomponent flame retardant can be effectively blended in spinning dope by improving injection system and sodium aluminate dissolving configuration system.In this paper,main process parameters such as alkaline cellulose composition on the production process,carbon disulfide addition on the process of xanthation,flame retardant dissolving configuration and content,spinning acid bath composition,spinning draft distribution,refining post-processing and drying temperature control etc.were further investigated.The production process and parameters were optimized through analysis and summary production practice in order to product batch high temperature resistant and flame retardant silicon-aluminum-cellulose blend viscose fiber.For instance,preparation of alkali cellulose in the production process,xanthation process,sodium metasilicate flame retardant configuration,adding process,flame retardant viscose dissolution,redissolution and ripening process,filtration,deaeration process,sodium aluminate configuration,adding process,spinning speed,drawing process,acid bath temperature,component technology,refining post-processing,and drying temperature control technology etc.Dry breaking strength,breaking elongation,limiting oxygen index,fiber ash content and high temperature resistant performance were investigated and compared for flame retardant fiber.When the content of sodium metasilicate and sodium aluminate is 44%and 1.5%respectively,the limiting oxygen index of fibers is 34.5 LOI,the flame retardant effect is obvious,and the corresponding temperature of 5%decomposition is increased from 175 ? of normal fiber to 262 ? and the fiber dry strength of 1.22cN/dtex,breaking elongation of 27.2,to meet the textile processing requirements.This study laid the foundation for its industrial production.
