Since 1893,Ball mill has been widely used in chemical,metallurgy,cement,ceramics,construction,electricity,medicine and national defense industry and other industries.In the metallurgical industry,ball mill has a very important position in department of mineral processing.As the ball handling ability of the subsequent and after grinding particle size,operation efficiency significantly and the whole production process,so the ball mill has been widespread concern and attention at home and abroad.In recent years,with the increasing of the cost of energy and the decline of ore grade,the construction investment and production cost is a serious problem in the world.The use of high efficiency and large equipment is the main tendency of modern mineral processing plant construction,the large size of ball mill has become the direction of technological development.At present,the development of large-scale ball mill in the world has not stopped.Although there is a certain gap between the domestic and international level of the mill,but our country also gradually move towards the direction of large-scale ball mill.With the deepening of reform and opening,the domestic industry is the rise of new ball mill in recent years.On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced technology,China has made great progress in the development of ball mill.In addition to ball mill,the other equipment of large-scale ball mill system is generally produced by the manufacturer.Ball mill equipment manufacturers in the industry standard and design technology for manufacturing equipment.If the equipment manufacturer's technical connection is not good,it will affect the safety and stability of the ball mill system.In order to make the ball milling system safe and stable operation,the ball mill and its auxiliary equipment design and equipment selection for system.In combination with the actual situation of production,the design of electric control system for large ball mill is carried out and optimized in terms of not easy to start,frequent failure of parking and grinding efficiency low problem.After the optimization control system,the control system of interlocking,the transformation of synchronous machine frequency conversion control,the stability of the ball mill is greatly improved,the number of the machine is reduced,the time of the machine is reduced,the efficiency of the equipment is fully played and the maintenance cost of the system is further reduced.
