Research On Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Tibetan Area

Based on choosing Barkan City in Sichuan and Zhanang County in Tibet as research objects,the actuality of ecological civilization construction of these districts has been mainly mastered,which provides sufficient empirical materials and realistic basis for this thesis.This thesis contents four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part which describes the research status of the construction of ecological civilization in Tibetan area in academic circles,then discusses the background and the significance of the research on this theme and also elaborates the innovation and research methods of this thesis;The second chapter firstly briefly introduces the basic contents of the theory of the relationship between man and nature by Marx and Engels,which is the fundamental theoretical support for ecological civilization construction in Tibetan area,and secondly introduces theories concerning ecological civilization construction that are proposed by our Party leaders,which is the theoretical guarantee for ecological civilization construction in Tibetan area;The third chapter analyzes the status of ecological civilization construction in Tibetan area,containing problems,challenges and effects,which not only reflects that the harmony between economic development and ecological environment protection is the main task,but also analyzes the impact that Tibetan Buddhism religious culture has exerted on the construction of ecological civilization in Tibetan area.This part emphasizes not only the positive role that the religious culture has played,but also the negative influence that should be discerned,which can be assistant to lead Tibetan Buddhism to adapt the construction of ecological civilization better in Tibetan area;The fourth chapter systematically proposes measures for the construction of ecological civilization in Tibetan area from the aspects of economic development,institutional building,ecological government construction,the guidance of religious culture and ecological education and propaganda.
